Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Requirements

To reserve and operate any vehicle, you must meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid, full driver’s license.
• Renters must carry their own insurance that covers the rental vehicle. If you do not have qualifying coverage, we can sell you a daily policy at the time of booking.
• Provide accurate personal information and documentation.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rental denial or reservation cancellation.

2. Reservations, Payments & Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and approval. A booking is confirmed only after payment and document verification are completed.

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We may cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion.
• Additional fees may apply for special requests, delivery, or changes to the rental.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 applies to every vehicle in our fleet. It is taken at the time of booking and is the same amount for all vehicles.

• Deposits may cover damage, excess mileage, late returns, cleaning, or fees.
• Returned after the vehicle is inspected on return, less any applicable deductions.

4. Mileage

Every rental includes 100 miles per day, calculated as a total allowance across the rental period. Mileage is pooled across the rental rather than capped daily — a three-day rental is 300 miles in total, and you can use them however you like. Only the total at return is counted.

• Miles driven beyond the included allowance are billed at the per-mile rate set out in your rental agreement, which is disclosed to you before your booking is confirmed.
• Excess mileage charges may be deducted from your security deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the rental start date are eligible for a refund of amounts paid.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.
• Changes to dates are treated as a cancellation and rebooking where the original dates fall inside the non-refundable window.

6. Delivery & Collection

We deliver to hotels, residences, offices and airports. Delivery and collection are charged separately, and the fees below are one way:

• Miami: $125 each way
• Fort Lauderdale: $175 each way
• Collection at the end of the rental is charged in addition to delivery and is typically the same fee. Both are stated in your quote and agreed before booking.
• Delivery outside these areas is quoted on request before booking.
• Someone meeting the eligibility requirements in section 1 must be present to receive the vehicle.

7. Use of Vehicle

You must operate the rental vehicle responsibly, obey all laws, and follow these conditions:

• Use the vehicle for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
• Do not drive while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
• Do not use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, ride-sharing, commercial hauling, or illegal activity.

8. Damage, Liability & Insurance

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. This includes:

• Any damage to the vehicle.
• Loss of use or diminished value.
• Towing, recovery, and administrative fees.

If your insurance does not cover damage, you are personally liable for all costs.

9. Tickets, Tolls & Fines

Renters are responsible for all tickets, tolls, fines, and penalties incurred during their rental period.

Lussaro Collection may charge administrative fees for processing violations or notices.

10. Late Fees & Return Policy

Vehicles must be returned on time and in the agreed condition. Late returns may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to end the rental early for safety, misuse, or policy violations.

11. GPS & Monitoring

Vehicles may include GPS tracking and monitoring systems for safety, misuse prevention, and recovery. Renting a vehicle constitutes consent to these systems.

12. Damage Reporting & Accidents

You must notify Lussaro Collection immediately after any accident, damage, or incident. Prompt reporting is required for insurance and claims processing.

13. Florida Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Miami, Florida.

14. Modifications

Lussaro Collection may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
